Welcome Home, Vets, Inc., a not-for-profit organization and it's operational branches OASIS (Operation America Standing in Support) and Operation Stand Up are dedicated to our returning Florida veterans from Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locations around the world. Over 70 community businesses and veterans organizations have joined forces to support our veterans who have faithfully served our nation in the line of military duty and may need educational, vocational, utilities, food, medical, psychological/counseling, housing, information about their veteran's benefits, and other needs to help them return to our community as healthy individuals.

Welcome Home, Vets, Inc. gives the veteran a hand up, not a hand out. It is the umbrella organization that supports OASIS and Operation Stand Up to assist veterans year round.This grassroots organization assists in referring veterans of all ages and generations to local agencies and support until they can get back on their feet.

OASIS specifically assists veterans coming home on leave with activities and relaxation. This is our County’s way of saying, “Thank you for serving our country” and putting our words into action for our brothers and sisters in combat.

Operation Stand Up has welcomed returned and wounded vets at the airports, supported those who requested veterans information specifically in the state of Florida and services in Brevard County. It has made a positive impact on current veterans and veterans of previous generations.

This team of organizations is a partner with the Veterans Memorial Center , the Veterans Administration, Florida National Guard Family Program, and Patrick AFB.
